Memorial Day Weekend

We spent the weekend up in Outing at Eric's parent's cabin. The kids had tons of fun exploring in the woods, out on the boat, and just playing with new toys! Here are Eric and Riley out on our kayak for a little cruise. Riley even has a kids' size paddle.

Then there were the tractor rides! After supper one night Grandma Peggy took the kids for a ride and ended up "racing" with the neighbor boy! Too funny! Bring on summer, we are ready!

We've just been enjoying the springlike weather here. We've been outside a ton, even eating lunch on the front lawn. The kids like doing "laps" around the block in our new neighborhood. Eric got this contraption for free the other day but it has no battery yet but the kids still have fun on it. I had to take a photo when I caught both of them on it together looking so cute!
